This charming Yorkshire farmhouse has been part of the Bramley family since the 1930’s. Not wanting to compromise the property’s aged character or status, the Bramley family did not require any drastic aesthetic changes to their home, only some minor adjustments and replacements.
“We used to have to paint the old windows and doors very regularly, and apart from being a chore, they were just no longer doing their job”
The wooden windows and doors currently installed throughout the home had served the home for many years but had become significantly less efficient in recent years. Our team made several necessary improvements in certain areas, but overall, the current style and design of the home was retained in the new products. A ‘cream’ finish externally and ‘white’ finish internally throughout the whole house helped to ensure this.
After the project was finished, The Bramley family was incredibly happy with the updates we had made. Mr Bramley explains “It’s been very noticeable just how much of an improvement there is indoors once the windows are closed; we no longer hear the cockerel in the yard, the road noise or nearby trainline.”
